Mike Tavani came highly recommended by our realtor when we were looking to purchase our home in Philly. He did not disappoint. The process was as easy as can be. He explained to us all the options (and they were quite a few), helped us chose the best (we got 2.875 on a 30 year fixed) and walked us through every step. Mike and his team were incredibly efficient throughout the entire lending process. He was always available to connect when I had questions and his team was very helpful in ensuring that everything was good to go prior to closing. His rates were incredibly competitive, making it a no brainer to work with him! The online platform makes submitting all paperwork very easy and made approving my mortgage documents smooth. We used Mike and Guaranteed Rate to buy our first home and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Mike was very helpful during the early portion of the process when we were figuring out what exactly are budget was and was always available to answer any Qs we had throughout. Once we settled on a place Mike and his team communicated greatly with what they needed from us.
