Mike Tavani came highly recommended by our realtor when we were looking to purchase our home in Philly. He did not disappoint. The process was as easy as can be. He explained to us all the options (and they were quite a few), helped us chose the best (we got 2.875 on a 30 year fixed) and walked us through every step.
