The home buying and mortgage obtaining process can be so painful and the process of getting a mortgage with Guaranteed Rate was the smoothest transaction. Mike and his group worked quickly and efficiently to make my quick deadline for closing. During a busy time of the year I never had a concern that we wouldn't make our goal for closing! The team was organized and kept me well informed through the entire process.

The mortgage application process is full of complicated processes and documents and was very confusing to us as first time home buyers. He always answered emails and texts and picked up his phone when we called (or called us right back if he was on the other line).
