We have worked with Michael many time before. He has done an excellent job for us each & every time.

He always made sure we fully understood the process and met all our deadlines. He was always very patient with our questions and calls. Mike has gotten to be a family tradition. Mike was very transparent with the information leading up to our decision to go forward with our loans as well as once we decided. Great personality. Educated us on how the numbers ran (ie., changes in interest rates) and when/how refinancing made sense. Made us feel comfortable and never that we were asking a foolish question or taking too much of his time. Would work with him again on future transactions and would recommend him to others.
