went and got a basic wash this morning and was more than satisfied with how my car came out! the man who helped me figure out which wash would be best for me with my budget was wonderful! i believe his name was Ty. Great wash and great workers! highly satisfied and suggest this place over any other!!

After being envious of my teen for having an unlimited car wash program, I was gifted the program for Mother's Day. My husband stopped by the facility to purchase it and a text alerted me to my enrollment. I completed a user account online which was quick and easy. Everyone here is incredibly upbeat and nice. Great customer service. The lady with the short hair who helped me today on 4/10 had a big smile on her face and made me feel very welcome. They took the extra time to prewash my tires and grime on my car. It needed it! I will be coming back. Thank you

I went to Mikes car wash and I came back from a camping trip and this Guy his name was Hayden and he cleaned my car so well I absolutely loved the experience would definitely come back again! Thank You!

Meh... I just took the basic wash for $9, however it still didn't get all the dirt off my car. I was in Louisville for an event and wanted to clean my car up a bit because I use another car wash locally. The customer service was good, so no complaints with the employees. They also have a separate cost for the vacuums. $2 for eight minutes of vacuum time. There were only 4 slots for the vacuum so I had to park to wipe down my car then when a spot became available I was able to get in. Average car wash, good enough but not exc... read more

These guys are so professional and I get a great car wash every time. From the time you pull your car up to their new, state of the art car wash until you leave you are in great hands. They are very friendly and offer answers to any questions you may have, with all the new special sales they are running. Their dryer heats up nicely that I don't have to wipe down my car after the wash to get any water spots. They don't offer free vacuums but I've found only half car washes do offer this perk.

This is the closest car wash to my house, so I decided to give it a try. Jesse, who assisted me, was super friendly! My car came out decent. Only minor complaint would be some streaks that were left on either side of my car. Not a huge deal but it was very noticeable on a black car. Everything was good otherwise.

It is always refreshing to go somewhere where everyone smiles and is polite. And for this reason I make Mike's my top car wash pick. I do think the cost is a bit expensive but you can pick up buy four get two free books when they do a special. I actually got a book this winter with but four get three free. When you buy washes this way the cost is a lot more affordable. I also like that if you aren't satisfied with the cleanliness of your vehicle you can normally go through again. (Same trip only).

I went today and saved money because the Cincinnati Bengals achieved two sacks. I purchased a Mike's Ultimate Wash for just $14. That's a $6 savings! The Ultimate Wash is great. It includes FastWax, Wheel Bright, Underbody and Tire Shine. The staff was friendly and quick. The kids love this place because they have Elmo and Cookie Monster at the entrance.
