I went today and saved money because the Cincinnati Bengals achieved two sacks. I purchased a Mike's Ultimate Wash for just $14. That's a $6 savings! The Ultimate Wash is great. It includes FastWax, Wheel Bright, Underbody and Tire Shine. The staff was friendly and quick. The kids love this place because they have Elmo and Cookie Monster at the entrance. This It's the first time I used Mike's carwash but to be honest was a little skeptical of how good a job it could possibly do. Mike's is a vacuum yourself set up along with a conveyored car wash, Where you sit in the car while the conveyor leads the car through the wash. you also vacuum The car yourself either before or after the car wash. Vacuum is two dollars for several minutes and two vacuum hoses. Vacuums were very good and efficient and two dollars covered the entire vacuum job. Very pushy staff. The employee working outside was worse than a used car salesman. I told him multiple times that I wasn't interested in the discount sheet and that I was only there for a single wash, but he kept insisting I take it because his boss wants them handed out. When I said I would just throw it away, he pointed to the trash can and told me to go there--then still shoved it in with my receipt. ZERO STARS HORRIBLE !!!! they force you to stick their huge sticker on your front windshield when I asked why, they said so you won't steal from us and share a plan !! I said if you don't trust your customers you should use the cars license plate . I cancelled the BS membership I should pull in and make the rude employee try and get the sticker that's permanently stuck on my brand new cars windshield !!!! THIS IS THE ONLY CAR WASH THAT DOES THIS !!!!

Beyond disappointed. My 3-week-old car was scratched by them. Of course, they deny any responsibility for this. Their rationale was, if their equipment was at fault the damage would be greater than it was. The scratches were the lower quarter panel and side of the bumper. I left the car wash, parked at a store, walked around the car at that point and saw the issue. You are making a high mistake if you go here. They are lying about the wash books. They are based on either six or seven washes. They are not giving you three free. They are lying .

My car was still dirty after the wash. I came home and washed it myself. Save your money. Plus, $2 to vacuum after expensive wash.

If you don't know to do bug spray before you get online you've missed it. THAT'S 100% bilkshit. How are you suppose to know that!!!! I'm a traveler I need that bug spray all the time. THETES NI SIGN NO DIRECTION. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
