Tried the basic wash in my truck. $11 for was. Go to entrance. Guy with a pressure wand goes over truck quickly with no attention to what he was doing. I had to ask for BOTH sides to be pre-washed. Another worker lightly sprayed. Really never got off the pine pollen off the black surface. No one behind me. They hardly touched the chrome wheels. This is the first time I stopped by the new Mike's in Heights point. It was a little more expensive than others in the same area but I thought I'd give it a try. The wash job was very good but when I got to the vacuums to finish cleaning the interior of my vehicle I found that they were two dollars. Everywhere else is free. I won't be coming back. I feel as though it's a bait and switch
I really get irritated because the pers on the spray house never spend any time getting bugs off the front or the passenger side, tires and wheels for the price they should be better service
Very very disappointed. I did not notice these scratches until arriving back home in Lexington after getting the car wash from Mike's Car Wash. Do not go here unless you like scratches on your car. This is after I tried to wipe them off with a microfiber towel. Extremely disappointed. They must not take care of their equipment for it to do this.
This place is a joke of a car wash. Came the other day and just got a basic wash for $11, barely even made it into the wash and the chain apparently stopped working. Meanwhile, my driver and passenger windows are continuously getting blasted with soap and the rest of my car is sticking out not being sprayed. There were 3 employees trying to fix it and kept coming up to my front window to talk to me (yes the one covered in soap) so I had to keep rolling down the rear window and turning around to talk to them out of that. $24 for the car wash and then I have to pay more for the vacuum! The vacuum barely works! I won't come here again
The machine shut down midway. Whoever heard of paying for vacuuming after spending $22 for a car wash. I will not be returning. There are MUCH better options like the Car Wash Company.
Paid 20$ for a half a$$ wash just to come out to vacuums that wants even more of my money, I'd recommend zips or Thomas car wash over this one not worth the money. For 20$ at Thomas's car wash on Shelbyville you can get the ceramic coat vacuums and the top wash.
They didn't even rinse the soap off my car. The blow dryers didn't even work!!! Don't recommend
