I've never been to a Mike's car wash but this was after I went through the car wash. Is this what $22 gets me? I payed for everything accept the ceramic coat. I think I'm going to a self-service bay car wash. This isn't what I was expecting.
If you’re going to run every other good car wash out of town, leaving us with the most expensive option, it should at least be good! My car is never clean after I go through this car wash. The 15 year olds you employ that “pre-wash” the car do nothing! One swipe with the pressure washer and it’s on to the next. Loaded in tight like cattle, inches between cars. After waiting in line 20 minutes to get the car wash, I arrive home to the back looking like it was not even touched. Unacceptable for the price.
I purchased the unlimited plan, the Ultimate +Ceramic for my new family car. When going through the wash, my windshield developed a crack on the driver lower left side. I spoke to the manager who was nice enough and he helped me fill out a claim and assured me he would submit the videos and pictures of the claim to their corporate office before he leaves on that Friday. Every single time I come here the vacuum suction sucks…. No pun intended…. I have to move my car to multiple different spots just to find a vacuum that has good suction. Costing me money. There are no employees where the vacuums are, so I have to take my children and walk all the way to the other side just for them to try and fix it. This happens every single time I come. This is the closest Mike’s to me, and I’ll never come back. I’d rather vacuum it with my house vacuum. This place sucks.
I noticed there are 2 sprayers at the entrance of the wash, but only one employee was operating it. He also operated the control panel. He only sprayed the front windshield; that's it. Don't be stingy with the sprayers.
