Had a 4 yr membership with them, Damaged my car last week and told me they’re not responsible bc my car is older than 10 years!! 2014 BMW 435. Will be cancelling
I went to this car wash to get the bugs off my car and to get the food off the side of my car that my son stupidly got on there. I asked if they guaranteed to get off the gunk, and they said they could. I went thru and noticed it was still on there as well as the bug stains. I went thru again and after the second time gave up. There was still food and bugs all over the car. I do not recommend this car wash. Waste of money.
I have read some reviews about damage and Mikes wouldn’t fix it. My 2020 Camry I had couldn’t go through tire shine because it literally scraped the sides of my car. The first Time it happened corporate fix my car a few years later they had picked the wrong wash for me and it went to the tire shine. Scratched my car up again and corporate had zero issues with fixing my car and paid for a rental. Even though I’ve had issues with damage, they’ve always fixed it and I’ve always had a great experience at the Eastgate location.
I wish I could give zero stars...If you value your car, please don't take it here. I took my car here for the "Ultimate Wash" and it was damaged. At first, I thought Mike's was going to take care it. I have now been informed that they are refusing to care of the damage that was caused at this location. Absolutely unacceptable. Do you yourself a favor and do not take your car to any Mike's location. They do not care about their customers nor their customer's property. Do not take your car to Mike's. Ever.
I am a person who usually washes my car manually, so I decided to give this a try, and I was so disappointed. I took it to a manual wash after noticing dirt was still on my car, and then I realized how much it missed was a ton of spots. I was also upset because I paid for the ultimate wash.
