I wish I could give zero stars...If you value your car, please don't take it here. I took my car here for the "Ultimate Wash" and it was damaged. At first, I thought Mike's was going to take care it. I have now been informed that they are refusing to care of the damage that was caused at this location. Absolutely unacceptable. Do you yourself a favor and do not take your car to any Mike's location. They do not care about their customers nor their customer's property. Do not take your car to Mike's. Ever.
First time I've been to this one. Workers were nice and friendly. Got a good wash but, the blowers don't get my back window very well. Always have to wipe it.
I went to this car wash to get the bugs off my car and to get the food off the side of my car that my son stupidly got on there. I asked if they guaranteed to get off the gunk, and they said they could. I went thru and noticed it was still on there as well as the bug stains. I went thru again and after the second time gave up. There was still food and bugs all over the car. I do not recommend this car wash. Waste of money.
I just went through Mike's Car Wash in Eastgate and I wanted my wheels and wheel wells sprayed off. The first time I went through the girl only sprayed off the windshield so I took it back around. The second time I went through another person came out and sprayed the passenger side wheels and wheel wells but the girl running the car wash only sprayed down at the wheels and did not spray out the wheel wells. Someone needs to teach her how to spray out wheel wells. I'm not satisfied and I'm trying to get over it but it's hard ... read more
So grateful for the polite, kind staff at Eastgate out here working in this bitter cold, helping make sure that our travel is easier getting the crammed snow and slurry road mix that’s wedged in my wheel wells off all the while doing it with a smile on their face
