I've never been to a Mike's car wash but this was after I went through the car wash. Is this what $22 gets me? I payed for everything accept the ceramic coat. I think I'm going to a self-service bay car wash. This isn't what I was expecting.
I purchased the unlimited plan, the Ultimate +Ceramic for my new family car. When going through the wash, my windshield developed a crack on the driver lower left side. I spoke to the manager who was nice enough and he helped me fill out a claim and assured me he would submit the videos and pictures of the claim to their corporate office before he leaves on that Friday. If you’re going to run every other good car wash out of town, leaving us with the most expensive option, it should at least be good! My car is never clean after I go through this car wash. The 15 year olds you employ that “pre-wash” the car do nothing! One swipe with the pressure washer and it’s on to the next. Loaded in tight like cattle, inches between cars. After waiting in line 20 minutes to get the car wash, I arrive home to the back looking like it was not even touched. Unacceptable for the price.
Car wash was fine as expected but AVOID the vacuums. They do not work/have any suction. Paid $2 for 8 Minutes but they never turned on, will never attempt to try again. Think the staff would make sure their equipment was working before allowing people to throw away their money. No staff around to inform and $2.00 isn’t worth the hassle of trying to get a refund.
I went to this car wash to get the bugs off my car and to get the food off the side of my car that my son stupidly got on there. I asked if they guaranteed to get off the gunk, and they said they could. I went thru and noticed it was still on there as well as the bug stains. I went thru again and after the second time gave up. There was still food and bugs all over the car. I do not recommend this car wash. Waste of money.
