Closes way too early in the winter. I buy a pass so that when I am on the way home from work late or coming back from a road trip, I can go through and get salt off my car from other surrounding business owners and municipalities who destroy our vehicles with it and I can’t even do that since they close so early. Had a 4 yr membership with them, Damaged my car last week and told me they’re not responsible bc my car is older than 10 years!! 2014 BMW 435. Will be cancelling
I went to this car wash to get the bugs off my car and to get the food off the side of my car that my son stupidly got on there. I asked if they guaranteed to get off the gunk, and they said they could. I went thru and noticed it was still on there as well as the bug stains. I went thru again and after the second time gave up. There was still food and bugs all over the car. I do not recommend this car wash. Waste of money.
I lived in Milford for years and used Mikes at RT 28 and 275. We have a corporate monthly membership so I went a few times a week. The employees were friendly and helpful. I moved to Batavia a few years ago and started using the East Gate Mike's Car Wash. The car wash was never as good as Milford, and has got to the point a drive to Milford or Beechmont. I have read some reviews about damage and Mikes wouldn’t fix it. My 2020 Camry I had couldn’t go through tire shine because it literally scraped the sides of my car. The first Time it happened corporate fix my car a few years later they had picked the wrong wash for me and it went to the tire shine. Scratched my car up again and corporate had zero issues with fixing my car and paid for a rental. Even though I’ve had issues with damage, they’ve always fixed it and I’ve always had a great experience at the Eastgate location.
