Prices are high plus you have to pay extra now for the vacuums. I will never go there again. Not worth it at all.
They lack accountability if your vehicle gets damaged. My vehicle and another customer vehicle was damaged a while ago. When I informed the customer service agent, she immediately denied responsibility and was very rude. I'm not a confrontational individual. So, I cancelled my membership. I will never go back!
Came through today for a standard car wash, get 2 minutes down the street and find out my paint is scatched. Go back 5 minutes later saying I have no proof they did it and that filing a claim won't work. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Can 100 percent recommend NOT risking your car and coming to the Eastgate Location. 5-31-25
I wish I could give zero stars...If you value your car, please don't take it here. I took my car here for the "Ultimate Wash" and it was damaged. At first, I thought Mike's was going to take care it. I have now been informed that they are refusing to care of the damage that was cause at this location. Absolutely unacceptable. Do you yourself a favor and do not take your car to any Mike's location. They do not care about their customers nor their customer's property. Do not take your car to Mike's. Ever.
This will pop up on yelp as a free car wash location...it is not. $2 for for an undetermined amount of available vacuum time.
Visiting from Atlanta, Decided to stop and get the car cleaned, $11 for basic is still kinda eco compared to Atl, and paying for vacuums in a drive through wash is new to me, vacuum suction was very weak and the kinda sucks
I had my car washed on 6/7/23 at Eastgate Ohio location. Now my windshield is all scratched up. If anyone else has had this problem the same day please let me know. I will keep checking these reviews to see if it has happened to anyone else. I read other reviews that they won't do anything about it unless other people complained about the same thing on the same date. And that is bool crap when they are at fault.

First, please go back to the location where you received the wash, park your vehicle, and go into the booth asking to speak with one of our On-Site Managers. Let them know what occurred and that you believe damage was done to your vehicle during your most recent visit. 08.23.2022 1:49p Customer Service is dead! Literally sat here for 5 minutes. Guy walked right by me. Had to drive back around to get service, I asked what happened, he says he thought I was another customer??? WTH! #DOBETTER
Got an Ultimate wash today... got home an hour later and my car looks terrible.. still dirty and very streaky.
