I would not recommend Mike's Carwash to anyone their overpriced my vehicle is never clean unless I go through the drive-thru twice anime lower Tire area was damaged due to the tire bright machine and they refuse to fix my car instead they send me two free car washes to go through a carwash that damaged my vehicle I have the material from the breshers embedded in my bumper which is yellow red and blue yarn also no one reached out to me about the

Very rude... guy told me he had to take my antenna off so I said okay and instead of unscrewing the extra part he just snapped it off. Didn't tell me and let me leave I just went to put it back on and realized it was snapped off so I called to tell them what happened just so he didn't do it to anyone else's car. And nick the manger was extremely rude. His words were "well no one told me" well nick your worker didn't tell me either!! NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO MIKE'S CAR WASH!!!I took my 2018 Chyrsler 300S to Mike's Car wash. I bought this car in October. I'm writing this review in February and the car has exactly 2237 miles on it. It's always garaged, I have 4 other vehicles that I drive much more often. This is a new car that hasn't been driven in snow or ice, I'm a little OCD about my vehicles. I've loved coming to this car wash for years now I'm no longer going to any Mikes car washes anymore,I will clean my own car. due to damage on my car though the damage was very minor I just ask to have it fixed so I filed a claim, I received a call from Janeese Sarrazin that the company will not fix it, telling the damage was because the part was old, tho it was old it was still on my car your fans broke it off. and that I was lucky it did not come off the first time thru when I went thru twice because the wash did not compl... read more

Pulled I to wash our truck, have heavy cinder blocks In the bed for traction in the snow, we have been thru serveral automatic car washes just like this with them in there, they would not let us go thru said they would fly out in the car wash! REALLY! They Lost money that day

Thank you for your feedback, Nan. One of our restrictions for going through the wash is that trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of any kind of debris cannot go through. The only exception to this is when a truck has items that are bolted into the bed. We follow this restriction closely for the safety of you, your vehicle and other vehicles around you.
