Always friendly. Good value! Mike's does a nice job removing all my dirt and bugs. We always get the Supreme wash for our black convertible Mustang. The wheels shine and the dirt disappears. They do leave some water spots that need to be dried off quickly.

We took our car to Mike's on Veterans Day for the complimentary car wash offered to Veterans and active military. It was really nice that they gave the free service of the most expensive wash , not the least expensive one. They pre spotted the front and other dirtier areas before sending the car through the wash- no shortcuts!! Thank you Mike's for honoring and recognizing those who have served their country as well as those currently in service.

Mike's has been an icon in the Fort Wayne car wash business for a long time. They have a reputation for excellence, value and customer service. The team at the area stores are always professional and friendly. The outside facilities are clean and attractive. Several have been modernized. Car wash does great. Employees are rude. Need a mirror to see better where your tire is at when pulling into tunnel on Lima road
For an automated car wash, this one is pretty good. I had gotten soot on my car from parking too close to the tracks where a coal fueled steam train was running. I wasn't looking forward to cleaning it off. The grittiness of the soot had me envisioning scratches in the Clear Coat. I stopped at a pressure wand car wash and it took about 50 percent of the soot off. My plan was to use Mikes. If that did not get it I would go with a clay bar at home. Simply the best. They get all deep like on your car. Clean too so clean. Them quality suds and them waxes and clear coats. They don't skimp they get it all deep like in them paint pits. I grab them early bird basic wash (cheaper) and throw that Richard Petty Tire shine on myself. Car looks like it just got a $16 car was for like $8 plus tire shine squirts. This is the one on Lima Rd. Really efficient and friendly service. My Pathfinder left the wash shining and sparkling. Loved the friendly help and energy. I got the Basic Wash. For the price, I was completely impressed with the outcome.

Every time I go to Mike's, I am struck by how professional and obviously well-trained the staff is. It's a car wash, for Pete's sake, not a place where one would expect employees in shirts and ties with no visible tattoos and body piercings! Obviously, professionalism matters at Mike's. I have never driven away less than 100 percent satisfied. Mike's is an asset to the Fort Wayne community!
