After driving +3000 miles from California, our beautiful car had a 5 o'clock shadow of bug guts, trail dust and god-knows-what on the windshield. And we're cheap, so we opted for the lowest price of an $8 wash, crossing our fingers that some of the gunk would be removed. The guys were really nice and didn't try to up-sell us on a heavier wash even though we could tell by their faces they thought we'd never put water to our car before. my second time going here. first time I was asked if I was a US citizen!!!! and that first time they were ok with a mat that's under a tool box in my truck. second time they soaped up my truck then had me get out and pull the mat out from under my truck tool box which was now soaking wet and I had to put it inside my back seat wet and soapy. I'm sorry I will definitely not be going back to mikes car wash.

Windows and mirrors were still dirty. Plus dirt around rear spoiler. $11 down the drain.

I think Mikes car wash has gone downhill as far as a value for your money. This has been my experience at the Dupont Rd location. After my car dries there are always tons of water spots all over it. I always get the most expensive wash they have hoping that makes a difference in the appearance of my car when dry. It does not. My car is a 2023 and is garaged always. Not sure if they need a water softener or what?

so I want to start by saying I have never ever had any issues with any mikes carwashes and I've been to just about everyone in the greater Cincinnati area. how ever my last visit was the one off of norwood not sure of the street name. anyways I went thru and got the 30$ ultimate ceramic because I love how shiny it stays and the length of time I usually can go without having to wash again, however this location left tons of white smuggy spots all over my windows and black smutes on my front and back and bottom of the sides... read more

We have a new 2021 F150 that has less then 5000miles on it! We went throw the wash it stop suddenly and did not move for 1min with the spinners on the side of my truck!! When we got out to look it had scratch the side of are truck! So we talked to the manager filled out this report we never did receive a phone call just a letter in the mail saying we are not responsible! So I call about it then Janisse had the nerve to hang up on me horrible customer service!!!!

Beware Start checking your car after you go through the wash I have many unusual stone shipping swirl marks and damage to my vehicles that I was unaware of that was happening until I started checking after I used their wash.The last time that I went there I checked it afterwards had about 100 stone chips from what must've been stuck to their brushes look like my car been sandblasted and they did absolutely nothing about it but put me through a bunch of running around circles all the turn me down for the damages to my car I o... read more

New scratches every time Ive gone, they always just say it wasn't there brushes. I take very good care of my car and not very pleased with scratches, scratches were on the roof and down the passenger side of the car.

Update: we reached out to the customer support address that the owner recommended and we got a quick response back but basically offered solution. Won't be going back.
