New scratches every time Ive gone, they always just say it wasn't there brushes. I take very good care of my car and not very pleased with scratches, scratches were on the roof and down the passenger side of the car.
Update: we reached out to the customer support address that the owner recommended and we got a quick response back but basically offered solution. Won't be going back.

Took our Jeep through the wash and paid for the ultimate. The wash lasted maybe 45 seconds and the only "attention" the car gets before or after is a pressure spray to the front. After the wash, we checked the car and there was black film all over the car. Especially on the hood, the area they specifically pressure washed. They allowed us to go back through and gave it some extra sprays the second time. My pictures are the film after the second wash. I had to re-wash and re-wax the front of my car after getting a $20 Ultimate car wash. There were so many bugs left of the front it hardly looked like it had been washed. The kid who was supposed to spray the front and rear of the car with pre-wash didn't do anything except wave me through. It was a waste of money. For the money and work I had to do at home, next time I'll do it myself and save a lot of money!

I recently used the Mike's carwash on Lima Road and received damage to my F-150 truck on the passenger side door at the lower part of the door. I just purchased the truck approximately 10 days prior to using this car wash. I left and found the damage and immediately went back to the carwash and showed them the damage. The supposed manager looked at it and immediately told me there was no way his car wash equipment had done the damage. When I spend the money on an unlimited wash package and the Internet is down and you deny my pre paid package very rudely mind you I am very saddened the MIKE that I know for there customer service has disappointed me! Mikes should take a page out of Starbucks book and comp everything when there payment system goes down!
