Dr. Billy was exceptional in extracting my wisdom teeth, as well as those of my husband and sons. We returned this morning with our younger daughter, and he successfully removed two of her baby teeth, which was remarkable given her current orthodontic treatment with braces. It was reassuring to observe Dr. Very and Dr. Billy collaborating to determine the optimal treatment plan for my 12-year-old daughter. Very pleased with the whole experience. I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel as comfortable as they could. I had a tooth extracted and did not feel a thing. They took the time to explain what I needed to do and what to watch for after the extraction.
I am beyond thankful for this practice and all they did for me. Not only did they get me in last minute for an emergency, but they treated me so kindly! I was so anxious and scared from my past experiences, and with this being an emergency, I had no time to process what they were about to do. They got me a blanket because I was shivering, she put on music to ease my nerves, and continuously asked me if I was doing okay and at any point they needed to stop they would. Would definitely recommend Dr.Wagley and staff. My daughter got 4 wisdom teeth removed. We both were so worried something was going to wrong due to her being an epileptic. Dr. Wagley did not see a problem. The procedure was quick. We were given a sheet with all instructions before we left and they stressed to call the 24 hour line if needed. The staff was great also answered all questions prior to the procedure.
My 8 year old had two teeth pulled recently. Dr Billy and Lisa were absolutely amazing. They explained everything step by step and helped calm our nerves. I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend this office to others.
