As first time home buyers Mina was very hands on, and detail oriented with me and my wife. He knowledgeably answered any of our questions thoroughly, and professionally. The fact that I work overnights, and slept during the day.. with there being a ton of email documents that required signatures, and requests for various forms to be faxed.. Mina was very patient, and understanding if they weren't completed in a timely manner. Over-all I applaud his performance, and he deserves recognition.
