I hated ever minute of every second. And customer service is AWFUL as the service!Â

I was told the Esim would be sent to me shortly after the purchase and up untill now still no responseÂ
REALLY BAD I subscribed and paid $35 then i was asked to setup and asked for my credit card again - BAD this time the SAME credit card was not authorised so I cannot use very frustrating then no way to contact them!!!Â
I tried at least five times to try to activate the SIM card. I done everything it said, and it kept giving me. INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR therefore I no longer am going to be a customer for you. I’ve emailed for a refund and if I need to send the SIM card back, I will do that. I will just need a address.Â
Someone used my debit card to pay on some one else’s account and I wanted the information erased but because I’m not a customer, I can’t ask to delete the information.Â
When I purchased my first esim, they shipped quickly and then I received no information about any of my ordersÂ
