Agent couldn’t solve my problem. She told me to call back on Monday. I paid for mingle service on and transported my number on 6/3/25 on 6/4/25 service was disconnected and a message saying I need to renew my service. My service is not on till this day 6/7/25

I hated ever minute of every second. And customer service is AWFUL as the service!
It was very easy to order and I'm excited to get that SIM card

I was told the Esim would be sent to me shortly after the purchase and up untill now still no response
REALLY BAD I subscribed and paid $35 then i was asked to setup and asked for my credit card again - BAD this time the SAME credit card was not authorised so I cannot use very frustrating then no way to contact them!!!
I tried at least five times to try to activate the SIM card. I done everything it said, and it kept giving me. INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR therefore I no longer am going to be a customer for you. I’ve emailed for a refund and if I need to send the SIM card back, I will do that. I will just need a address.
