I bought Unlimited Data × 1 Esim / Unlimited / 3-MONTHS data but why now can not connect to the internet, can only call and text.

Take forever to send the esim
They charged me to to continue my service, said they were sending me a new esim . They sent it but when I tried to activate the esim It came back that it couldn'tbe activated on my phone bc it was already on another device.
