Sucks sucks
I recommended your service to a friend, bragging about how fast you all activate service. It’s been over an hour and they still haven’t received the activation code. Had I know it would take this long, I definitely wouldn’t have recommended you all.

Every time I try to order your promotion my order gets canceled a day or two later why offer a promotion if you’re not going to honor it it makes no sense what do I have to do to get the promotion to actually work?
Stay more connect after the connection is done and complete
Terrible customer service that is not available and messes things up and promises things that do not happen. Lots of errors when trying to login online.. Also they activated my sim even before I received it in the mail. They said they would fix it but did not and then proceeded to ignore me so I have lost 8 days of service. I will continue escalating this and letting others know until they fix this.
