Crooks and definitely thieves stole $15 off my card when initially was only suppose to been taken .10 off my debit card but instead took more than what they were suppose to and didn't not put back on my card literally stole and didn't have the audacity to return it I wouldn't trust them for anything real live thieves foreal

Start by firing your customer service team first. Then train the new team how to port an existing customers home number like all the other carriers do in a realistic time frame. The reviews on social media confirm that this isn't a rare issue for your company. Mingle mobile won't last long if you can't handle simple tasks such as porting a number without relying on a computer system to do it with no way to manually manage this simple task.

I never got the E -Sim that your company said they were gonna provide for Me..

Based on your account, you have not yet activated, therefore, your eSIM will not be sent. We have resent you the activation email.
