Every time I try to order your promotion my order gets canceled a day or two later why offer a promotion if you’re not going to honor it it makes no sense what do I have to do to get the promotion to actually work?

Stay more connect after the connection is done and complete
Terrible customer service that is not available and messes things up and promises things that do not happen. Lots of errors when trying to login online.. Also they activated my sim even before I received it in the mail. They said they would fix it but did not and then proceeded to ignore me so I have lost 8 days of service. I will continue escalating this and letting others know until they fix this.

For no reason at all they cancelled by l my order instead of properly shipping it and lied by claiming in the cancellation email that I supposedly requested it..
