Repeat customer approved This was my third Mini from East Bay Mini (Hendrick). They are always super friendly and not pushy. I had a hard time picking the one I wanted but they were endlessly patient with me and worked to help me decide. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anytime.

2019 Mini Countryman S All4 Purchase The whole process was amazing! We surprised our daughter getting her this car and Seamus and the rest of dealer staff played along. They had the car staged in the showroom with a big ribbon on it! Totally surprised my daughter and she was in tears. Of joy of course! Extremely Disappointed I have to say I am disappointed with my experience at East Bay Mini. I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman S in March of this year. The experience with the salesman was good as he knew his stuff about Minis. From there unfortunately the process went down hill. The salesman said that the vehicle had undergone their 100 point safety inspection. Terrible dealer, worse service department Terrible place to purchase a car. And I would not recommend a Mini Cooper to anyone. We purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper Country man brand new from Dublin. We ordered the car with every specific item we wanted. The single only item my wife wanted was a in-dash GPS system. We waited for the car to arrive for months.
