Great Dealership Great dealership. Juan in service kept me updated on all the work being done to the car and Jenny in sales went above and beyond to show me all my options in a new car. Very fair and honest breakdowns of what was available. Was not considering another BMW but will definitely now based on the experience at this dealership. Will definitely recommend. Everything is so clean and new. Great experience all around.

Warranty and service bulletin repair Emmanuel and the service team were excellent. They had a clean service loaner for me, provided timely updates on my vehicles repair status and most importantly fixed my minor warranty items. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and had great attitudes.

Body Shop Straight-forward estimating and performance. Estimation was done remotely via video taken on my phone. Worked with my insurance company to negotiate differences in estimates. Online payment sped the pickup process. The whole experience could not have been easier.

Fantastic car buying experience w/ Jerry Aguilera Spent the better part of 6 weeks looking for a car of a particular color and option config finally discovered it at BMW of San Antonio via Cars.com. Sent a request for pics and was very quickly contacted by Jerry Aguilera who has been wonderful to work with. He has been EXTREMELY responsive and helpful, providing tons of pics and providing guidance every step of the way. Smooth and Easy Process The process could have not been easier. The Michael's were very thorough and answered all questions.
