Great service Shawn was honest and provided great customer service. Prices were reasonable and repairs were done quickly. Video walkthrough of the repair is a nice touch.
Oil change Always a good efficient operation getting service on our X5. A little disappointing today that we spend over $800 for an oil change and filter replacements and the car doesn’t get washed. The invoice shows a wash and vacuum but it was not done.
Excellent Expectations Excellent communication by all parties such as the service representative and mechanic in setting of expectations. The video shared by the technician is awesome as it gives you a clear or better understanding of what to expect.
