Best experience in any dealership Jorge Godinez was amazing. He always tried his best to reach out to me at any hour of the day. When I walked in I could tell he was extremely busy but made time for us anyway. Many people wanted to contact him and I do see why. He is the best at what he does and never once I felt pressured by him. He answered every single question I had. He is overall a terrific person. This is not my first time at a dealership, this was my third time and only time they treated me with respect.

Jenny was Wonderful to work with! Even though I had challenges Jenny was honest, upfront about what they could or couldn't do. She followed up with me and made me feel import even though I couldn't purchase a vehicle. I would recommend BMW of San Antonio.

Exceptional Care Impressive service was provided by BMW of San Antonio during this Covid-19 Stay Home order. I called to schedule the maintenance service and I was asked about courtesy pick up and drop off of my vehicle to minimize and or avoid exposure. My vehicle was picked up as scheduled, communication as to who the courtesy driver was and when to expect. Juan Lopez Dealership is very well organized and the personnel in service was very attentive to our issues. Mr Cordova in service was very prompt and helpful in getting our vehicle checked to avoid breakdown on our trip home. He was prompt on doing exactly what he set out to do and had our vehicle get repairs on a timely manner. He assisted us with a loaner for my wife’s doctors appointments. He was very professional and we greatly appreciated his assistance.
