"No hassle purchase" I had to purchase a vehicle and was in a kind of a time crunch. I found a vehicle online and went to see it. Turned out it was a smoker's former car and I wasn't interested. I gave my parameters to Bill Harada who called me the next day with an alternate vehicle. I went to see it and bought it. The whole process was quick and professional.

I had called Bill about a month before, and on that random day I came in, he remembered me! So my first visit made a very good impression. It was a long wait to get my MINI since I had it built, but definitely worth it. Bill made sure to answer all my questions (I am a first time car buyer and knew very little about the process), and he sure did help to make things happen! Love my MINI!
"Very nice experience" I was greeted promptly at the door and helped without pressure through the process or purchasing a used vehicle. Our salesman Mark was easy going and the entire process took about two hours. The finance lady was very nice and explained everything in terms we could understand. Great job by all.
