"Mini Countryman" I had a great experience at this dealership. Bill Harada was great, especially since I am a slow decision maker. He was always available by phone or email. When I finally decided I was ready, he was great at making me comfortable and happy with my purchase. Mary McDonnell did a great job at explain all the finance stuff, including maintenance deals, etc. I do not purchase a care very often, and overall, they both did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them.
