"Best Experience in Years" From the time we walked in until everything was complete the atmosphere was relaxed, professional and there was never any pressure to buy. Our sales person made sure we were comfortable and safe in our new car and the business manger was polite and efficient. Great job.

"Great service!" I had an ongoing problem with a loud squeal when I first drove my MINI convertible in the morning. The noise was difficult to reproduce and after a regularly scheduled service, I thought it was resolved - but no such luck!. I called Kyle and scheduled another appointment where I dropped my car off the night before. I had a loaner so getting where I needed to be wasn't an issue. "Amazing!" We had a wonderful experience. We thought we wanted to special order a Mini but were pleased with one that was on the lot and had everything we wanted! We were in and out in 3 hours and had a no-pressure, laid back experience with Bill Harada. An extra surprise was they were running a special with some money off! Highly recommend!
"Certified Pre-owned warranty repairs" My car was having trouble starting and the check engine light alerted me to a serious problem. Unfortunately, I don't live in St. Louis and was not sure what I was going to do. Thankfully when I contacted Mark Conn at MINI of St. Louis, he had Arman Dzafic get in touch with me immediately. They set-up to have my car towed over an hour and a half to the dealership and my car was completely repaired in less than two days, AND it was all covered by my CPO warranty.
