"Very pleasant" This is actually the second time I have purchased a vehicle from MINI of St. Louis. Today the first person I spoke with was Mark regarding a used 2016 Honda CR-V. This particular car was sold the night before but they had just received in another 2016 Honda CR-V with the same features but different color. "Wonderful Experience " I worked with both Sam (sales) and Mary (financing) and they made a frustrating situation incredibly easy. I had to purchase a new vehicle after losing mine in a total loss car accident. "Quick & Easy Service " Once again this dealership is very customer friendly. The Service Dept took care of my rear brakes on our 2014 model while I waited- Dan & Dave in Service we’re SO easy to work with & I spoke to a salesperson named Kate, about a future Certified car. ( we cant afford new). She was so understanding with No pressure, we will be back.
"Perfect Pre Owned" I had been researching preowned cars for about a month. I came across the Mini of Saint Louis website and found a very nice low mileage car with a clean history report. I was pleased to find a no pressure let's make you happy experience. My salesman; Mark did a great job showing me the car and helping get answers to my questions. The car was cleaned and filled with gas when I picked it up. Runs perfectly.
