"A No-Problem Experience" I wanted a pre-owned MINI and the dealership had a good selection. Bill and I did a lot of the research by email because I live out of St. Louis and he was right there with any information I wanted. By the time I arrived at the dealership the alternatives were already narrowed down and we quickly made a deal.

"Selling my 83 year old dad a Countryman " You couldn’t ask for a more down to earth guy than Bill! He made my 83 year old hard of hearing dad very comfortable buying his probably last car! "Excellent Service" I wouldn't be caught driving an automatic transmission. I wanted to replace my eleven year old Mini Cooper S with a new manual transmission Mini. Unfortunately, Mini seems to be phasing out their manual transmission cars for the US market in 2020, which is kind of strange----what's the point of a sports car if one cannot shift gears? "Professional and Helpful" I was in the market for a new-to-me vehicle after an unfortunate incident, I called and inquired about a vehicle in the lot and Bill was very helpful in informing me in the situation of the vehicle. I had to travel to the dealership to see the vehicle; Bill called me the morning of and told me the vehicle was still there. Working with Bill was extremely easy and painless! I'd recommend the dealership and the staff to anyone in the vehicle market.
"Smooth and Friendly" I had a mini previously for 13 years that finally was frequently needing more done. We were able to sell it at a ford dealership through KBB. We spoke with Neil in St Louis and they did not have a 2019 in the color we wanted so he suggested we order one.
