"Arman was very professional" Arman estimated the right wait time for me. After the initial diagnosis, he took me back to the service area to meet the mechanic and point out the issues with my MINI. Having some knowledge of cars, I appreciated this because I was able to see first-hand what was wrong with my MINI. This helped my make the best decision on the service that would save money in the long run. Arman gave me a loaner car and accurately told me when to expect my car back. Two thumbs up for Arman.
"Trade-in of old Mini for a new Convertible S" Dustin Summers did a superb job of providing us with the amount of information we needed to make a decision. Dustin let us do things in our own time and made sure we understood the new technology we would have with our purchase. The experience was well worth the time invested and we love our new convertible.
"Fabulous " Thay were fabulous. Very easy to talk to and very helpful and understanding of our needs for another car. After having an accident and waiting on insurance we were looking to be out a car for longer then we could do without, but they got us financed into another car before insurance was done with payout to our previous loan.
"Enjoyable" Mary and Mark are so awesome! This was the easiest, best car purchase I have ever made. Paperwork was super easy and the tutorial for the car was great. Highly recommend.
"Friendly and Helpful" This is the second car that I have purchased from this dealership. I have brought two Dodge cars that this dealership had. I had two different salesman, Mark and Bill. Both were helpful and nice. I love Mary, the finance manager. She gets the deal done, where other car dealerships I went to couldn't. She is very pleasant to work with.
