I had a small accident with my Minicooper and needed repairs so I could make it to work. I dropped off my car and within fifteen minutes, they got me into a loaner until my own vehicle could be fixed and I wasn't even late for work. Customer care is speedy and painless and everyone is very pleasant and professional.
I recently purchased a user Honda Odyysey from MINI of St.Louis. I worked with Sam and Dustin. These two were great all around! Made the purchase a great experience! Low pressure and very professional. Mary in finance was great! She really knows her stuff! Neil was mostly in the background but, thank you for your honesty and integrity!

I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got stuck about 2 hours away from ST Louis and the car was over heating. We got the car towed to the dealership and had to get the car checked. We already had an idea that the thermostat was going out.
