Just wanted to say what GREAT service I had a MINI Of St. Louis. From the time I pulled my car into the drive. To the service when I picked up my car. Dave was my service adviser and he gave me great attention. The cashier Carrie was very helpful with explaining what they had done to my car. I loved my experience.
I worked with Bill to purchase my 3rd MINI. From the ordering process to delivery everything was exceptional. Bill is great to work with and is a great communicator. From my first visit to the day I pulled my new Mini in garage was great. Sam, the salesman was so knowledgeable and thorough from specing it out with me to order, to keeping me updated on delivery, to going through every detail of car when I picked it up so I would be familiar with options. And Mary in finance was pleasant and knowledgeable as well
Sam answered questions without hesitation. He allowed is time to think things over and didn't hover. It was a very good experience and I would return.
We purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Dustin (great salesman). He was very helpful answered all my questions and send pictures I requested. We traveled 2 hours to make purchase and had paperwork all completed in less than 2 hours. He has followed up to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Friendly dealership and fast service.
I love my Mini dealer! Bought my Cooper s in 2012 and they’ve taken great care of it for me. Was last in 3/23/2018 to get new front tires, have a bulb replaced, micro filter and brake fluid service. Because I didn’t know I needed tires, my appointment was supposed to be brief. With the tires and balancing they were able to fit me in, and gave me a great loaner for the day. I’ve never had any kind of issue that wasn’t resolved promptly and generously. A very hard-working group of people!
We were very happy with this purchase from start to finish. Maybe the most thorough and professional treatmet we have ever received. great job and a really fun car.
