This is my third Mini purchased and serviced at Mini of Ramsey. Clearly, I am more than satisfied with their cars and service. Staff is friendly and courteous. As this was the first car I had to build my sales representative Alexandra Pereira went over and beyond responding to my never-ending questions thru out the 4 month process. Services that have been provided and thru Mark Mozdziez were without issues and I have always been accommodated on a day and time that fit my needs.
Mini of Ramsey go over and above to make each experience with them a good one! Dan and the service team are first class!
Service is excellent, once you step in the service desk, someone attends to you right away. Staff assisting is very helpful, and knowledgeable. Waiting time is good
