Service was excellent, but costs of repairs is out of control. Same repair at a nondealer is half. We are talking about a simple brake job. Mini is pricing themselves out of the repair business. We are talking about a $35k vehicle not a $80k
Mini of Ramsey's staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I appreciate their patience UN walking me rheoufh the steps in the process@; what I must do and what they will do.

Service advisor (Ryan) always knows the history of our car when we bring it in, and gives us good advice on what needs to be done now and what might need to be done on the next visit. He keeps us informed on the status of the work and the car is ready when he says it will be.
Dan Murphy is a great guy to deal with in the service department. Nice environment-everyone friendly
