This is my 3rd Mini Cooper Countryman All4S...that said, it was a totally different experience as due to supply chain issues I had to build not attain my car off the lot. As I was full of questions poor, Alexandra Pereira had to deal with many e-mails back and forth. I found her to be extremely professional, courteous and helpful! Michelle Wright handled the financial portion of my acquisition and that went smoothly as well. See them in 3 years when my lease is up! Loving my 2022...
