We had a great experience purchasing my new car from Carly at the Mall of Georgia Mini Carly was very friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and made purchasing our car easy. The entire staff was great.
It was such a good experience from the time we entered the dealership until the signing of the papers. We test drove a handful of cars. Our salesman Mark wasn't familiar with MINI but any questions we had he would answer and if he didn't know he didn't "fake it" he asked and the other salesmen were very friendly and happy to help! We popped into Mall of GA Mini as they had a couple of trucks on the forecourt. We were met by Kalee who took us out in a Silverado, It wasnt what we quite wanted so Kalee took the details down of our wish list and a few hours later she texted the details of a RAM 1500 HEMI she had found. I was in the market for a specific MINI configuration and Mall of Georgia MINI had a pre-owned MINI that was very close to my configuration. As a remote buyer, I had all my transportation questions answered by JC Cosenza in a complete and timely manner. Zach helped me with all my detailed questions and remained in constant contact with me. Unfortunately, we could close the deal. It is truly rare to find a dealership with folks who maintain such a high caliber of Customer Service and Professionalism.

Great purchasing experience with Mall of Georgia MINI. Before going to MOG MINI, I purchased two other MINIs from different dealers, but definitely prefer the experience I had at MOG. My salesman Zach was very easy going, willing to help with any questions that I had, and has followed up with me a few times since to check in.
