I am writing a review of Mall of Georgia Mini. Letting you all know of my experience. Well, I have bought several new cars in my lifetime, but this experience was one of my best .... Living 2 hours from this dealership, from South Carolina, Milton Meeks, my sales guy, we worked over the phone and text to make our deal. "Great Sales Guy. Poor Management. " Great Sales Guy! Jordan is very nice and patient. Not a fan of sales management. They could have come out and met with me more and been more aggressive with pricing. With acres of MINI COOPERS it wasn’t like there was a run on them...came down to 2k to make a sale and they acted like I was wanting the car for free...in the end I purchased the vehicle. Surprised as with any other dealership I would have management thank you for your business....never happened.

"The customer service stops when you sign the line" Initially started my search online for a new truck. Eventually hooked up with Daniel, the internet Sales Manager. We talked (phone/email) for the better part of a week and worked out a deal prior to me driving 5 hours to buy the truck. However, along the way Daniel passed me off to Jordan. "Jordan Smith is your guy" My sales guy Jordan Smith was great all the way from the beginning to the end when he handed me the keys to my new truck. The dealership it's self though is basically run like Carmax as far as pricing. The management is not wanting to negotiate, so don't waste your time. This is the first dealership in probably 15 car deals over the years where I felt like management doesn't really care about the customer, but rather they just want your money. "Bought a car I originally didn’t want" I like the mini so far, it’s lots of fun to drive. I did not want a black one but the salesperson pushed the black one bc it had the options I wanted and it was available . I ended up purchasing the car and I regret it now bc I hate the color. Wish I would not have settled.

Continue failure with MOG. From buying experience to now. A good company culture is not achieved here. Disappointment of a dealership. I purchased a vehicle here and will never make the same mistake again. MOG has ruined the Just drive vibe mini offers.
