I cannot say I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband and I found the vehicle we liked a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland then after trying to negotiate with no success we look on the website the very next day and the vehicle has went up in price over 1,000. Carefully choose your dealer you buy from, do your research they are not all as honest as they seem!
Found a car online being sold at this dealership. I live in another state, approx 330 miles from Buford, Ga. Initially had problems finding actual location of car. After some phone calls and emails I talked with a salesman about car. I told him that I wanted a cash, out the door price, for a Florida resident. I purchased a 2004 911 on 21 November 2016 and had a very pleasant experience. Alec was great to deal with and made every reasonable accommodation to make the deal happen. As part of the deal, the dealer agreed to perform some repairs to the rear main seal and IMS bearing and seals. Matt in service completely ruined the whole thing. I was originally told the repairs would take 10 to 14 days, they took a month. He incorrectly ordered parts and then I had to direct him to Pelican Parts to get the correct IMS parts ordered. I would not recommend this dealership to a soul...On Saturday I was scheduled to come and look at a car. ( the car in my opinion is a Niche Car). I delayed in getting to the dealership and missed out on the opportunity to purchase the car. The sales person did inform me that the car was sold but asked that I come because he was sure I would find something that I would like and it would be better if I was there in person. I absolutely would NOT recommend this dealership. I walked into their showroom SEVEN MONTHS ago and I am still getting harassed with daily phone calls! The first salesman called me twice a day, every day, for the first 3 weeks after I left... even after me telling her that I was no longer interested and have purchased elsewhere.
