"Wash and part fix" Gabe is great. He quickly looked at a part on my door that had come loose and fixed it right away. Found I was missing a clip. I only intended to have the car washed (a great compelemetory service), but they took the time to look at and fix my problem without an appointment.

"Customer Service" I have a 2003 Mini Cooper with 149,850 miles on it and I love it....... I realized that the car had a recall on the car I spoke with Mr.Turner and Mr.Fotos and they immediately sent a flat bed to my house to pick up the car and took care of the recall immediately and kept me informed during the whole process and when the car was done they washed it and vacuumed and it looks like new! "Great dealership with a friendly, knowledgeable staff " I made the trip to Mini of Dutchess County after finding a certified pre-owned car I on their website in which I had interest. I called and spoke with Perry on a Friday afternoon to make sure the car was still available and on the lot. "Highly professional" I contacted Perry in response to an online listing and was able to negotiate the entire deal (which included a trade-in) over the phone and via e-mail. I had never before purchased a car in this manner and I was concerned that, after driving 90 minutes, I would find a dealership trying to re-trade the deal. Turned out I had nothing to worry about and we completed the deal as originally agreed. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
