"Happy Mini owner since 2006. Mini of Dutchess is great !" I Was happy to browse at my leisure until I needed assistance. Sales and Finance could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. The entire process went smoothly and even fun. Am also familiar with the Service Dept who do great work.

"Suditi's customer service is great" I worked with Suditi Bala-Chin and she was great. She's professional, friendly and she returns phone calls and emails promptly. It was a great experience working with her and I would highly recommend asking for Suditi when visiting the dealership. Everyone that I spoke with at the dealership was very nice and friendly.

"Perry was great! So easy to work with " I’ve been looking for an Outlander for months and have worked with many different dealerships and all of them were very pushy and hard to work with. "Great Deal and a Great Experience!" I worked with Spiro to buy a used Acura MDX. We looked around for a while and ended up driving down from Albany. Spiro was great, we worked out the entire deal by phone the day before and had everything ready by the time we got to the dealership. We had our two year old with us which made things difficult, but Spiro was great with him and kept him distracted while we signed everything. He even broke out his accordion! Would highly recommend.
