"2018 Mini Countryman" Suditi did a great job at selling me my new Countryman, a/k/a June Bug!!. She was so easy going and kind and she was interested in what I wanted and my needs. This is my second time purchasing a car at Mini of Dutchess County. It doesn't feel like your typical car dealership. Just very laid back and comfortable feeling. "Great Experience" Great car buying experience at Mini of Dutchess. I have always liked Minis, and I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to check them out. I didn't know much about the different models, and Perry was extremely helpful in showing me the different cars, and explaining the differences. "Love my MINI Rosita!" Suditi is extremely friendly and I loved her enthusiasm for MINIs throughout my car buying process. She seemed like a dedicated employee which made me feel comfortable talking to her. There were a few hiccups/miscommunications having to do with the lien on my old car, but that didn't deter me from feeling appreciated as a customer. This was my first experience buying a car on my own and it went well. Suditi and Lance explained everything to me very simply. I am so happy with my car!!!
"Thoughtful and considerate" I actually bought a used Acura from this Mini dealer and they were as nice as if I was buying one of their products. I would recommend them and would certainly return if in the market for something they were selling. My sales rep was Spiro Bogris and it would be hard to find a nicer person.

"What are you waiting for?" I had a very fine experience both with MINI and with Perry Snitkin, my sales person. This dealership prides itself on a no-pressure approach, which Perry made good on. "Great experience, good follow up" No high pressure sales tactics, I dealt with Perry Snitkin who was great to deal with and followed through on his promise to take care of a issue with the navigation on the vehicle I was purchasing. He took the time to go through the features and controls after the sale was complete, relaxed experience. Would recommend this dealership.
