We worked with Daniel from the beginning to the end and the process went very smooth and quick. This is our first time ever buying a car from Mini so we were apprehensive but now I'm glad we did. My daughter and us parents are very happy! We feel she's made a good decision and got the car she wanted!

Living in Palm Springs and driving to Mini of Ontario, the closest dealer, at first was not something I got excited about. NOW I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! From Colin Benham ~ Parts Director, to Marcos Centeno my Service Advisor, and Martha who arranged for my courtesy loaner...everyone had a smile, and a be-of-service attitude. YOU GUYS ROCK! A few weeks ago we had a bad experience and let them know about it BUT Colin called us and was able to resolve the issue. I really appreciate the follow up and choosing to care about the customers!

I wont take my mini anywhere else from now on. Oscar's customer service was exactly what I would expect from a Mini Dealership. The Ladies at the Loaner counter were on their game and were very polite. Thanks to them all.
Here's a shout-out to the great service team at MINI of Ontario! I love my Mini Cooper--it is a zippy little thing that has not given me a bit of trouble since we bought it 5 years ago from MINI of Ontario. Imagine my distress, then, when my Mini started jerking and rattling on my way to work recently. My husband called and left a message with the dealership, who promptly called back and advised us to bring our car in ASAP. The service and sales departments are both very nice and knowledgeable ...they make the long drive out to Ontario worth it (currently living in Yucca Valley). They have a nice waiting area with free snacks and coffee/tea/cold bottled water. Daniel in sales was awesome in finding the exact Countryman I wanted and snagging it when it was on it's way to a Portland dealership. Gave us a great deal on our trade in and we were in and out with a brand new Countryman in under three hours. I highly recommend this dealership!
