Miguel Becerra (Service Department) provides the best, personalized service. Prompt phone/email response and always very helpful. Marcos and Carol are also extremely wonderful.
We have been bringing her Mini here for over two years and have had the best customer service. A few other Mini dealers should take a lesson or two from these folks. Oscar in service is top notch. We will be getting another Mini in 2017.
They take great care of my WINNIE Cooper! This last visit hit my pocketbook really hard but that's the price you pay with a high maintenance car. You just gotta save up those pennies for a rainy day! OUCH! My baby is worth every penny! She's a good little car!
Had to get my oil changed on the road during MTTS 2016. Called weeks ahead to schedule. We got in earlier than anticipated. Got us in, gave us a loaner to get lunch while we waited and the car was finished before our appointment time even with doing more than the oil change. . Thanks for anothet great MINI experience. Back to Pennsylvania. Thanks again.
