A really excellent dealership. I love buying cars, but hate the car buying experience until I found MoO. We've purchased three Minis here. Stormy makes the purchase a no stress, no hassle experience and Joe in finance does the same. Eric is the guy to turn your car over to for service and Colin is THE parts guy. Every employee is friendly and helpful without rushing you. I also love how MoO supports the Mini club and it's members. I highly recommend MoO.

After my original complaint this morning I received two phone calls this Monday morning, and an e-mail from the management of Mini of Ontario. The Countryman has been diagnosed and the part ordered. It is a relay for the coil, a rare malfunction. The relay to the coil acts like a fuse or circuit breaker. When it goes out, there's no fire to the plugs, etc. The part has to be ordered and should be here by Wednesday. That should fix the car.
