Helpful and no hassle experience I brought my 2002 Mini in for maintenance and also bought a new 2014 hardtop. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and--most important--helpful.
Two Great Experiences I have bought 2 Mini's here. Both times, they gave me reasonable value for my trade-ins. The facility is very comfortable and admittedly, I am enjoy the music that they play. That has made any waiting around more pleasant for me. They were communicative during the sales process. They are now less pushy about buying additional warranty coverage. They provide good customer service, and are attentive. I would recommend them over other nearby MINI dealers.

My buying experience When i first walked in I was amazed by the amount of cars they had on their floor. The process of test driving was simple and easy. Just be careful, because once you test drive one of their cars you will want to buy it.
Fun buying experience It was the most stress-free experience I've every had in buying a car. No haggling on prices. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The staff seem to enjoy what they do and it carries over to the customer.
People are very professional People there are very professional, helpful and detailed. Larry Lyons was my agent when I was there, He makes sure that He explain to me everything to the last detail when I was there even after I signed the docs. There was a slight problem on detailing my car but Larry got in the way to fix the problem. The other thing I like with this dealership is "There is no pressure at all"
