Great Sservice Went in this mIni cooper dealer after a bad experience with mini SF. Ricardo Martin is an excellent sales man, he listen and understand our needs and very detailed in explaining the features and benefits of the car that we wanted. We came in to sell our Corolla and got a good offer with its value. A bit hassle with their finance since our original offer was rejected, but we were able to proposed a solutions that will fit our budget. Great sales experience! I had a great experience shopping with a car at this dealership. My sales rep was Howard Paul who was very patient and detail oriented. He made sure to explain everything I didn't understand and even went out to find cars to show me features. I didn't feel pushed to buy anything at all. He just seemed he genuinely wanted to help me find what I wanted. Customer satisfaction definitely is at the forefront of priorities at this dealership!

Great showroom and salesperson My experience was very easy, and fun. I should note that the reason the quality of repairs is so low is because when buying my MINI it was noticed and brought to my attention by the sales rep that there was a dent in the driver side door. They offered to take care of it for free (which deserves a 5) but because the people they get these things fixed through has yet to give them a day they can fix it I still have said dent in my door. Great service, fun show room Was looking for a new 2015 Mini Countryman ALL4. Dealers inventory did not have what I was looking for but they had a used 2014 that was very close to my needs. They added heated seats and XM Radio. Vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. Very friendly and helpful staff.
awesome service and nice facility I got a Mini-S hardtop. Car it self is really good. I love it. Customer service (Stevens creek) dealer: super nice and flexible schedule for customers. Sales/finance staffs were very understanding and super duper nice ppl I loved their service thank you for all you did for me and what you guys do to make customer's satisfaction :)
