Better than the best Upon initially making the appointment for my vehicles repair to the time I picked it up after it was repaired, I received excellent and courteous service from all the employees. I brought my car in for warranty work. I have been previously informed that the service advisor makes all the difference in the world about if the warranty work will be filled or not. Good buying experience Started car shopping of my MINI dream car. (this is precondition) Via website selected 'build your own' car. Worked with sales person Dave S. and over email exchanges to finalize on the configuration with in limited budget. Tracked thru the Asian Empire vehicle vessel across the Panama Canal. Service Department is nothing special We only go one service advisor, Callum. He is great and we wont work with anyone else. He is knowledgeable, patient, honest and works hard for his clients. I only go in when he is available. He treats us well and always remembers us. The waiting area at the dealership (specifically service) is lack luster.
