From service to purchase Although I was originally going to have my 2004 Mini Cooper S serviced here, the cost of needed maintenance exceeded the vehicles value by quite a bit. So, I switched gears and traded it in for a newer used model. The entire process was painless, and Bradley and Bryn were very knowledgeable and friendly, and got us through all the paperwork quickly (about an hour!) and happily motoring on our way. Thanks again!

Great service Great service and response time when needing to schedule repairs. Able to conduct same-day additions to my service needs while on-site and help with even the smallest request (like cleaning the inside of the windshield the we didn't do the best job of at home)

Service and Rack installation The staff was helpful, professional and friendly. I had recently purchased a Yakima rack and inquired if it could be installed. The staff made a point to get it done in a timely fashion, considering the length of time I was waiting in the lobby for the service as well as the install. I was really impressed that they kept me apprised on timing.

Yesssssssss!!!! First time MINI buyer, and I freaking LOVE my new ride. Bradley, as my salesperson, was relaxed and easy to work with. I would definitely go back to see her for another purchase. In fact, now that wife wife has driven my car, she wants a MINI, too. Asap!
