Peace of mind The service was fantastic in every way - from the first call to make the appointment for service to the beautiful loaner car to the pick up of my vehicle. I will continue to have the service center work on my car.
Best service team in the Northwest In October, my car needed some help, something wasnt quite right, so I brought it into Mini of Portland and a service advisor (Ed) helped me. He was patient, kind and he made me Feel like I was being heard. Above and Beyond Mini went above and beyond during the buying process, especially Ana. She has answered questions and texts during her time off and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Even after the process was over and I had possession of the car she continued to answer my questions. She was so great to work with and has a fun personality, too!
Great care after breakdown My Mini broke down on I-205 and I had it towed to the dealer. I had previously alerted them that I was bringing in my vehicle. I was greeted by Calen and he was beyond kind about my situation. He secured a loaner vehicle for me and gave me an accurate timeline about how the repairs would be handled. Mini Paceman Service Survey Came in for routine maintenance and Ed took care of everything; got me in on a timely basis. He made recommendations and even threw in a free car wash to boot!
Our experience at MINI of Portland was exceptional Zack Ruhs was our salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for an used vehicle (as we were) or a new vehicle, too. He was very helpful, knew a lot about the vehicle that we were interested in and was VERY personable to us. Everybody at the MINI of Portland that we were involved with from the receptionist to the payment process were wonderful as well!
