Great service!! Brought our car in to diagnose a problem we were having with power and performance, they found the problem and fixed it quickly. We appreciated the free rental we were provided with while they fixed the problem, and the friendly customer service.
Thorough in all phases of service. From my first call following the 2 service needed warnings, til I picked up the car the service was excellent and the effort to keep me informed of the progress on the repair was above my expectations. As this is the second time (first time at Mini of Portland) I have experienced the same issue, I am reluctant to conclude the problem is fixed. Time will tell. I do like my chances given the time and energy Mini of Portland devoted to addressing the problem.

I don't have a title! It was a very pleasant experience. I was pleased, since this was my first visit since I purchased my Mini. Other than the ugly drive across the I-5 bridge, it couldn't have been better! Everyone in the service department was exceptional!
Love my Countryman Ana was great! Very knowledgeable, low pressure. Helpful when I came back for accessories as well.
Used Subaru Legacy We got what we expected on our trade and the whole process went smoothly, from test drive to driving away.
Stripes Had an awesome 1st visit to the service department at Mini of Portland. Was greeted at the door and given the information needed to start the process. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
