Service I called about a question I had about my tires. My question was answered and I was advised I could bring my car in a bit early for service, as it was almost time. The appointment was made so it was convenient for me. My first time in. I realized I could bring my dog with me and just may do that next time. Quick, efficient, friendly service.
Paddle Shifters Installed in my 2013 JCW Went in to discuss the possibility of adding Paddles shifters to my 2013 MINI JCW. After meeting with the Parts Manager and Service Manager it was decided that MINI of Portland would have to submit the P-UMA to MINI. The parts were ordered same day and Jarid who is my Service Advisor kept me informed of the progress on the parts. All of the parts finally arrived and the service appointment was scheduled to get everything installed on June 18th.
